Teeth Whitening Online reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice and it is your responsibility to return to this page to review these changes before using this website in the future. Product Availability and Prices:

Teeth Whitening Online will endeavour to make available all products advertised on this website, however, availability cannot be guaranteed and Teeth Whitening Online will not be liable for any products that are not available at the time of order. The customer will be advised as soon as possible if the product ordered is not available.

All prices include goods and services tax but are exclusive of postage and handling charges. These prices are subject to change without notice. Teeth Whitening Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where there has been an error on the website, technical or otherwise, and the incorrect price has been displayed. The customer will be notified immediately if such a situation arises and any incorrect credit card payments already received will be refunded.

Product Use:

By purchasing this product you agree that :
-You are over the age of 18.
-You do not have sensitive teeth.
-The product will only be used to whiten your teeth.
-The use of this product is not being supervised by a dentist.
-The impression will be taken by yourself or a friend and the custom-made trays will only be as accurate as the impression taken. Teeth Whitening Online will not be liable for trays that don’t fit due to a poor impression.
-Your teeth are in good condition. The teeth are not decayed or loose. All restorations are in good condition and are not loose or defective. You do not have periodontal disease.
-You will consult a dentist if problems arise while using this product.
-You have read and understand the side effects of using teeth whitening gels as advised on the “Frequently Asked Questions” page of this website.
-You acknowledge that the whitening products will not whiten any existing dental restorations. This includes all fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges.
-You have read the list of ingredients of the products purchased and are not allergic to any of them.
-You will not use the products if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
-Teeth Whitening Online will not be liable for any injury caused by the misuse of this product or unforseen reactions to the ingredients contained within.
-You will not use the whitening products if you are pregnant or lactating.
-Liability is limited to the cost and amount of the product.
-You will not use the products if you are diabetic as some products contain sugars.
-You will not use the product if you suffer from a heart condition.

The degree of whiteness will vary from patient to patient, depending on the structure of the teeth, the number of applications, or the duration of time that the system is used. All teeth will not whiten the same. In some instances teeth whitening may result in a blotchy appearance to the tooth surface and the whitening may not be uniform giving the teeth a banded appearance. Whitening fades with time and any unexpected results may be irreversible. Teeth Whitening Online Pty Ltd is not the manufacturer of the products on this website and does not warrant or guarantee that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Teeth Whitening Online Pty Ltd cannot and does not guarantee the results of these products. By ordering a product from Teeth Whitening Online Pty Ltd you accept all the risks associated with teeth whitening and agree that Teeth Whitening Online Pty Ltd will not be liable for any unexpected whitening results or complications that may arise as a result of the use of any products ordered through this website.

Payment:

If you wish to purchase a product from the Teeth Whitening Online website you will be asked to supply information to enable this transaction to be completed. In supplying this information you agree the information is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges incurred to purchase this product including any shipping and handling charges as advised at the time of purchase.

Teeth Whitening Online accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. No cheque, COD or money orders will be accepted.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Teeth Whitening Online offers a 7-day Exchange-back guarantee for all DEFECTIVE products purchased directly from Teeth Whitening Online, provided that the product is returned in its original box and includes all original packing material, original manuals, and any accessories that came with the item. Partial returns will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any non-defective opened product returned to Teeth Whitening Online. Unless you are returning a defective product, you will be responsible for return freight charges. We cannot process any exchanges, refunds or provide warranties for any free or promotional items that may be shipped with your order.

Teeth Whitening Online requires that you obtain a return authorization (RMA) number. To do this please send an email to info@teethwhiteningonline.com.au with your order number. Returns without a RMA number will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, the purchaser is required to provide the sales order number and the reasons of return. Please reference your RMA number on the outside of the box. We recommend that you use Express Post with Australia Post.

Order Cancellations - All Orders must be cancelled out on the same day which the order was placed.
