Taking an Impression is Easy!
The impression kit contains 2 impression trays, 3 putty-packs of impression materials (1 extra pack in case one of your impressions is not good) and a preaddressed envelope to return your impressions to Teeth Whitening Online. 1. Take 1 of the putty packs and 1 of the impression trays. Peel back the lid of the putty pack. Fold the pack in half. Squeeze the purple and grey putty balls together and remove from the pack. Squash and knead the purple and grey together using your fingertips until they become 1 colour. Do this quickly before the material begins to set. 2. Mould the putty into a sausage shape and place it into the impression tray so it is evenly spread around the tray. 3. Using a mirror or with the help of a friend place the tray in your mouth so your lower teeth are positioned within the sides of the tray. 4. Press firmly downwards as far as you can and hold the tray in position for 90 seconds keeping the tray as still as possible. Don't bite on the tray. 5. Remove the tray from your mouth and inspect it to see if you can see where the top of your teeth join the gumline. If the impression is not good enough remove the putty from the tray and retake the impression using the extra putty pack provided. If the impression is good leave the impression in the tray and repeat steps 3-7 on your upper teeth. 6. Rinse the impressions under cold water and place into the plastic box provided along with your details (from the bottom of this page) and insert into the preaddressed envelope to be returned to Teeth Whitening Online Pty Ltd (Postage paid Australia only). The custom-fit trays will be constructed and returned to you with the whitening kit that you have ordered. It's that easy!

6. Use extra care to avoid getting the gel on your gums. Remove excess gel with a cotton swab or a dry toothbrush. 7. Leave trays in mouth for a minimum 4-6 hours per day for Nite White Turbo, 30 minutes twice a day for Day White and 1 hour per day for Nite White. 8. After whitening, rinse the trays with cold water. If necessary, use a toothbrush to remove any residual gel from the trays. Place the trays in the storage case, and store them in a cool, dry place. 9. Rinse and brush your teeth to remove excess gel. Don't eat, drink or smoke while wearing your custom trays. Don't consume coffee, tea red wine or tobacco during and after the whitening process as these substances may re-stain the teeth. Refrigerate remaining gel but don't freeze.
