Delivery Information

Orders both Australian and International will be shipped the next business day where possible. If an order is placed from Friday to Sunday it will be shipped the following Monday. The postage and handling charges vary on the product purchased.

Australian Orders: Delivery in 3-4 days.

All orders shipped by Australia Post Express Post.

• AUD $27 per item for Whitening Kits requiring the construction of custom made bleaching trays due to the need for 3-way postage. Please allow an additional 3-4 business days for the construction of the custom bleaching trays.
• AUD $10 per item for the supply of whitening gel refill kits where the customer already possesses custom made bleaching trays.

International Orders: Delivery in 3-6 weeks.

All orders shipped by Australia Post Air Mail.

• AUD $20 per item for the supply of whitening gel refill kits where the customer already possesses custom made bleaching trays.

Our shipping charges cover only the cost of shipping your order to you, and DO NOT INCLUDE any duties and/or customs fees that are associated with any imported product. Such duties/fees are the customer's responsibility. To learn more about these charges, please contact your local government's customs office, which will be glad to assist you.
